The swimmer Ona Carbonell has presented her synchronised swimming summer camp for the third year running. This camp is increasingly international and will be held from 23 to 30 July at SEK-Catalunya.
The Catalan athlete said that the project aims to transmit her passion to future generations at the presentation held at the Club Natació Sabadell. “For the first time this year I will spend the full 7 days with the girls, because in past years I had the world championships or Olympics and wasn’t able to spend more time with them’, she explained. Carbonell will be present over the full seven days of the camp, that will be held a few days after her participation in the World Championship in Budapest. She will be staying with 110 young women from the ages of 6 to 18 who wish to improve this water sport.
This is the second year that SEK Catalunya hosts the camp, which last year included a total of 70 swimmers.
